AA Plus Vacation specially presents this exclusive itinerary, traveling from North Vietnam all the way to South Vietnam and then to Cambodia, spanning 14 days, 2 countries, and 8 cities including Hanoi, Halong Bay, Ha Long, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City, Mekong Delta, Angkor Wat, and Phnom Penh. Our Vietnam and Cambodia 14-day journey has concluded, and as we reflect, every detail remains a cherished memory. We laughed heartily along the way, released our stress freely, and cared for one another. It is because of you and me that this journey became even more wonderful and warm.
Traveling with AA Plus Vacation, we first arrived at the "Thousand-Year Hanoi," one of the world's few historically ancient capitals. Next, we visited Halong Bay, listed as one of the world's eight natural wonders and known as the "Guilin of the Sea," where blockbuster films like King Kong 2 and Avatar were filmed. We carefully arranged for everyone to board a cruise ship, where while admiring the rippling emerald waters and basking in the crystalline sunlight, you enjoyed fresh and delicious seafood feasts. Simultaneously, you witnessed a unique art form spanning a thousand years of tradition – the puppetry performance on water. We then visited Ha Long, known as the "Hawaii of the East," which, beyond its sunny beaches, offers numerous scenic areas and cultural heritage sites. In the evening, Hoi An transforms into a magical place where local girls light countless paper lanterns of various designs, illuminating the ancient town with a different kind of allure and charm. Ho Chi Minh City, known as the "Paris of the East," was once a French colony, revealing European architecture at every turn and exuding exotic charm everywhere. Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the city, we explored the Mekong River in search of pure joy. We arranged special dugout canoe adventures, meandering through the crisscrossing waterways, endless rice paddies, and fragrant fruit orchards in every season. We tasted the sweetness of tropical fruits, the richness of honey tea, and the delicacy of coconut candy, while enjoying specially arranged Mekong river-fried elephant fish cuisine.
Next, we witnessed the nearly thousand-year-old lost culture of Angkor Wat, with massive stone carvings everywhere creating a spectacular sight. Among them, Ta Prohm Temple became famous from the film Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, and the most mysterious temple is the Banteay Srei, where the stone carvings of goddesses are hailed as the "Eastern Mona Lisa," considered the most intricately carved temple among all Angkor temples. Finally, we ascended Phnom Bakheng to witness the most beautiful sunset scenery and gaze upon the magnificent Angkor Ancient City – an unforgettable experience. Angkor Wat, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, stands as a thousand-year historical and cultural sacred site. We then visited Phnom Penh, one of Southeast Asia's most beautiful cities, praised by foreigners as the "Paris of the East." Aboard a cruise on Tonlé Sap Lake, we observed the unique houseboats of the local water-dwelling communities, where fishing, vegetable cultivation, and pig farming all occur within their waterborne homes, with all terrestrial facilities ingeniously adapted, creating a uniquely distinctive scene.

Each city offers different street scenes, distinct cuisine, and unique cultural customs. Vietnamese cuisine deeply reflects influences from both Chinese and French traditions, creating a distinctive Vietnamese style. The streets and alleyways of Vietnam feature many exquisitely decorated small restaurants and cafes with elegant environments. Beef pho, French baguettes, spring rolls, sugar cane shrimp, and coffee gradually introduce visitors to authentic Vietnamese flavors. Cambodian specialties include distinctive fish and shrimp, fresh vegetables, cold salads, fried spiders, and Cambodian hot pot.

The time spent enjoying the scenery is delightful, and the experience of savoring local cuisine is blissful. Now that the journey has concluded, we share these photographs and memories with you, hoping to preserve every precious moment of your travels.
We look forward very much to our next adventure together with you and your family and friends!
