We accept online, telephone, and email reservations.
Online booking: Visit our website, select the travel product you need, and follow the checkout process.
Telephone booking: Call our customer service line, and a team member will help you reserve your preferred travel product.
Email booking: Email allamericatravel@yahoo.com with the travel product you would like to reserve. We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your email to confirm your order.
3. How does online booking work, and how long does confirmation take?
(a) After you submit a reservation and complete payment, the system will automatically generate a confirmation as your proof of purchase. Within 1 to 2 business days, you will receive a confirmation email containing details such as the departure time, itinerary, hotel confirmation, and airport transfers.
(b) If you submit a reservation online and choose to pay by Zella (instant money transfer service), Cashier's check, Money order, Personal check, or Cash, the system will first generate a booking receipt. The booking receipt is not proof of purchase. Please complete payment within 1 to 2 business days as instructed on the receipt. Your reservation will be confirmed after full payment is received; within 1 to 2 business days after payment, we will send a confirmation email containing the complete itinerary details.
4. Can I change or cancel my reservation after submitting the order?
To change or cancel a reservation, email allamericatravel@yahoo.com and explain your reason. Changes or cancellations made within 15 days of departure for tours without airfare may incur fees that vary by tour.
Reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 7 days of departure. No refund will be issued if a traveler cannot join the tour due to personal circumstances such as missing travel documents, tardiness, illness, an accident, or a flight delay. Please refer to the change, cancellation, and refund policy for details.
5. What should I do if I accidentally place a duplicate online order?
If tickets have not been issued and the order has not been confirmed, we will help remove the duplicate travel product. If our team notices a possible duplicate booking, we will contact you and verify the order before continuing.
6. How can I book if a travel product page is under maintenance?
The system may be updating its data. Please try again later; the page should normally be restored within 24 hours. You may also call our service line at any time to make a reservation.
7. How far in advance should I book a vacation product?
For travel products in the United States and Canada, we generally recommend booking about 60 days in advance. Travelers who already hold a U.S. or Canadian visa may book about 30 days in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disrupting your travel plans.
8. Why is the final quote higher than the starting price?
The starting price is the lowest reference price and is usually based on 3 to 4 people sharing a standard room with two beds. The final price varies depending on the booking date, number of travelers, number of rooms, and hotel room type.
9. Can an invoice be issued after an order is completed?
aaplusvacation.com, operated by AA PLUS WORLDWIDE, INC., is a company formally registered in the United States. We can issue an invoice for your order, but only one invoice can be issued per order.
10. Where should I wait for airport pickup, and what happens if my flight is delayed?
For U.S. domestic flights, please wait at the baggage claim area after arrival. For international flights, please wait at the exit. If your flight is delayed, changed, or cancelled, notify the tour operator as soon as possible so appropriate arrangements can be made. Any loss caused by these circumstances is the responsibility of the airline and not the tour operator.
11. Does the tour fare include meals?
Meals are not included unless the itinerary specifically states otherwise.
12. Does the tour fare include attraction admission?
Admission to attractions is not included unless the itinerary specifically states otherwise. Please review the itinerary carefully before making payment.
13. What is the standard gratuity?
Airport pickup is USD 3 per person. For tours lasting 1 to 3 days, the gratuity is USD 6 per person per day. For tours longer than 3 days, it is USD 6 to 7 per person per day.
14. Is smoking allowed in hotel rooms?
Reserved hotel rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the room may result in a substantial penalty. If you require a smoking room, please ask the hotel front desk about availability.
15. How many beds are provided in a hotel room?
Reserved hotel rooms generally have two beds. If 3 to 4 guests share a room and need an extra bed, the hotel may charge an additional fee. Travelers are responsible for any extra-bed charges.
