2022 Nov 07 - Nov 17 AA Plus Vacation Morocco 11-Day In-Depth Tour

2022 Nov 07 - Nov 17 AA Plus Vacation Morocco 11-Day In-Depth Tour

In November 2022, the Chairman of AA Plus Vacation led the tour personally, taking everyone on an eleven-day in-depth tour of North Africa's Morocco, the most colorful country in the world. Thanks to the support of all our guests, this journey was completed smoothly.

After arriving in Casablanca, our first lunch brought us to a McDonald's on the Pacific coastline, truly the most luxurious McDonald's we've ever seen! That evening's dinner was at the world-famous Rick's Café, with delicious food plus musical performance, perfectly completing the first day of our trip.

We subsequently visited the Hassan II Mosque, the third largest mosque in the Islamic world. The architecture is beautiful and magnificent. Here you can feel both the sacred religious atmosphere and experience the rich romantic charm. We also went to Muhammad V Square, where thousands of pigeons roam and forage. Standing in the square looking around, you can see many Western-style buildings, bustling with people.

During the journey, we passed through the Yves Saint Laurent Garden, built in 1924, originally owned by French artist Jacques Majorelle. The painter, with his keen sense of color, created this garden with Marrakech palace-style aesthetics. Red and pink, blue and green, orange and yellow, plus white jumping out from time to time, formed this entire colorful world. When touring the ancient medina of Marrakech and the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, you can perfectly experience the local people's life and cultural heritage. Jemaa el-Fnaa square at night showcases Indian snake charmers, Arabs selling spices and tea, Moroccan storytellers and fortune tellers, various street performers and entertainment, and different cuisines, beverages, clothing, carpets, leather goods and more. These little details enrich this place and earned it countless compliments.

We also enjoyed the House of Ali, Morocco's largest outdoor theater restaurant, truly living up to its reputation. The luxurious Arabian castle made us feel like we had traveled back to the legendary Arabian Nights. While enjoying Moroccan singing, dancing, and distinctive equestrian performances, we relished their specialty cuisine—absolutely delightful.

The most impressive location was none other than Merzouga. We experienced the thrilling and exciting desert dune bashing. We rode camels to watch the desert sunset. The camels were gentle and steady, leading everyone through the desert, where we saw vast endless dunes. We then visited Todra Gorge, with vertical cliff walls and clear stream water. In the valley there are beautiful oases and fortified towns, giving people a different sense of Moroccan scenic beauty.

Along the way, we also visited Ait Benhaddou, a village hailed as the most beautiful ancient settlement. The ancient city was built using Morocco's distinctive reddish earth mud bricks, allowing us to fully experience Morocco's red charm. There is also Ouarzazate, the film city. We ventured deep into this city full of world cultural heritage, immersed in landscapes with distinctive North African characteristics, mountains and desert views. We observed the customs of indigenous people here, enjoyed abundant sunshine and unpolluted environment. Therefore, this place has become an important filming base for the world film industry. We also saw the legendary blue town, Chefchaouen. Here you can see all sorts of blues: deep blue, azure blue, lake blue, light blue and so on. Every corner you turn might encounter a different shade of blue. These places all left our footprints, and through photographs left beautiful memories.

This journey went very smoothly. We are very grateful for the love and support of all our guests. For more information about our itineraries, please call or message AA Plus Vacation via WeChat.
