Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Pick-up
Arrive at LAX and meet your tour guide. Free airport pick-up is available between 10:00 am and 22:00 pm (every 2 hours: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, 22:00). Domestic flights proceed: Arrival → Baggage Claim → Meet tour guide. International flights proceed: Arrival → Immigration → Baggage Claim → Customs → Meet tour guide at Passenger Exit (7-Eleven location). Tour guide will be wearing a yellow uniform and holding a small yellow flag or iPad. Paid airport pickup available 22:00-24:00 at $120 one-way (up to 5 pax). Otherwise arrange own transportation.

Los Angeles to Las Vegas
Leave Los Angeles and drive through the scenic Mojave Desert to Las Vegas. Arrive in Las Vegas - The Pearl in the Desert. Optional Las Vegas Night Tour available: See the bright lights of Las Vegas with 3-hour tour visiting Mirage volcano, Bellagio Fountains, and Fremont Street Experience featuring millions of LED lights and 555,000 watts of sound.
West Rim 1-Day Tour
Head to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. Mandatory West Rim visit (3 hours) with optional activities: walk on the glass bridge known as Skywalk or take a helicopter ride through the Grand Canyon. Drive to pass by Hoover Dam which oversees Lake Mead (30 mins). West Rim is a protected area of the Hualapai Indian Tribe, featuring a U-shaped glass corridor (Skywalk). Hoover Dam was constructed 1931-1936 and was the world's largest hydroelectric power station and concrete structure at completion. Return to Las Vegas.
Las Vegas to Los Angeles
Rise and shine! Capture selfies at Las Vegas Welcome Signboard. Visit M&M'S Las Vegas (28,000 sq ft four-level store) and Coca-Cola Store Las Vegas. Optional FlyOver Las Vegas (90 mins) with state-of-the-art technology flight experience over awe-inspiring landscapes. Visit Seven Magic Mountains (30 mins) - colorful locally-sourced limestone boulders stacked vertically, 30-35 feet high, with fluorescent colors. Stop at Outlets at Barstow (120 mins) for shopping - located on the way from Las Vegas to Los Angeles with second tier and local US brands. Drive back to Los Angeles. If not participating in optional activity, enjoy free time in hotel.

- For guests departing from LAX after tour, those participating in CT or US1 should book flights after 20:00 pm. Those participating in AS1, DL1, or J1 should book flights after 21:30 (US domestic) or 22:30 (international).
- Multiple drop-off locations available: self-departure in Los Angeles, LAX Airport, Pico House Los Angeles (424 N Main St, Los Angeles, CA 90012), Lincoln Plaza Hotel parking lot (123 S Lincoln Ave, Monterey Park, CA 91755), Hartford Hotel BW Signature Collection (8832 Glendon Way, Rosemead, CA 91770), Sheraton San Gabriel (303 E Valley Blvd, San Gabriel, CA 91776 - reservation required), 99 Ranch Market Rowland Heights (1015 Nogales St, Rowland Heights, CA 91748).

- Children under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
- Pregnant women allowed only if 24 weeks or less by end of trip.
- Children under 8 require booster seat ($10/person/day).
- Children under 40 inches (1.016 meters) for FlyOver Las Vegas must be accompanied by adult 14+ years old.
- Hotel check-in typically after 15:00.
- Maximum 10 minutes waiting time for late passengers.
- Valid photo ID required to board bus; copy of email confirmation recommended.
- Only one free pick-up service per room within free pick-up time range.
- Group cannot use City Pass or personal tickets for attractions.
- Smoking prohibited on bus and in most hotel rooms; $250+ penalty per night if violated.
- No pets or animals allowed on vehicle.
- If late to free pick-up window or weather/flight delays make free pick-up impossible, must pay own transportation.
- Tour guide has right to adjust tour sequence, stay time, or assembly time based on weather, traffic, and conditions.
- If attractions temporarily closed, tour guide will adjust or replace with another location.
- Group activity - if leaving group, must inform in advance and obtain tour guide consent; unfinished portion non-refundable.
- Gift items in itinerary may be subject to change due to force majeure; no refunds for changes.
