Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Pick-up
Free airport pick-up between 10:00 AM and 22:00 PM (every 2 hours at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, 22:00). Paid 24-hour pick-up available at $120 one-way (up to 5 passengers). Tour guide wears yellow uniform and holds yellow flag or iPad with provider icon. Domestic flight arrivals proceed: Arrival → Baggage Claim → Meet guide. International flight arrivals proceed: Arrival → Immigration → Baggage Claim → Customs → Passenger Exit (at 7-Eleven) → Meet guide. Only one pick-up per room provided within free time range. Weather delays or flight delays may require self-paid transportation.

Full day free to explore Los Angeles or participate in optional tours. Los Angeles to Las Vegas
Depart Los Angeles early morning. Travel north on Highway 15 through San Bernardino Forest into Mojave Desert (North America's largest desert). Pass Joshua trees dotting the landscape. Brief stop en route. Arrive Las Vegas in afternoon. Check in after 3:00 PM. Free time to relax or visit casinos. Evening Las Vegas night view tour showcasing the Strip's neon lights and architectural wonders. The 5-kilometer Las Vegas Strip consumes enough electricity in one night to supply 500,000 people for a year.
Las Vegas to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, and Page/Tuba
Morning departure to Lower Antelope Canyon (world's most unique slit cave, one of top 10 photography spots). Rock walls formed by thousands of years of wind and water erosion present perfect wave shapes like abstract paintings. Followed by Horseshoe Bend (one of National Geographic's top 10 US photography spots). Colorado River turns 360 degrees creating horseshoe-shaped canyon with fluorescent green water and breathtaking blue water, sky, and red rocks. Visit Lake Powell at the origin of Grand Canyon with Navajo Indian guide into slit caves. Lake features rare water canyons and fjord-like formations. Optional kayaking available (fee applies). Overnight in Page (15 min drive from hotel) or Tuba City (1 hr 20 min drive). Travel distances: Las Vegas to Antelope Canyon 280 miles (5 hours).
Page/Tuba to Grand Canyon National Park (East and South Rim) and Las Vegas
Morning departure to Grand Canyon National Park. Arizona known as Grand Canyon State, originally part of Spanish and Mexican territories, achieved statehood in 1912. Explore East Rim (30 mins) and South Rim (60 mins) of Grand Canyon. Grand Canyon is UNESCO World Heritage Site (1979), 15th US national park, covers 1,217,262 acres, receives over 6 million visitors annually (second highest after Great Smoky Mountains). South Rim features rugged majestic terrain with bottomless canyons, well-developed facilities, preserved viewpoints in original state. Optional helicopter tour across Grand Canyon (60 mins, $299). Optional South Canyon IMAX Movie + Lunch (45 mins, $32). Return to Las Vegas afternoon. Travel: East Rim 2 hrs from Page/1 hr from Tuba; South Rim to Las Vegas 295 miles (5 hrs 20 mins).
Las Vegas to Los Angeles
Morning tour of Las Vegas attractions. Visit iconic Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign for photo. M&M's Las Vegas (28,000 sq ft 4-level store, create personalized M&Ms in 2 mins). Coca-Cola Store Las Vegas (one of only two worldwide, 4-story bottle entrance, global Coca-Cola products, photo with polar bear). Optional FlyOver Las Vegas experience (25 mins) using immersive technology to dip, dive, glide over landscapes - volcanoes, glaciers, prairies, peaks, urban spaces. Visit Seven Magic Mountains (colorful stacked fluorescent limestone boulders, 30-35 ft high, artistic installation). Afternoon shopping at Outlets at Barstow on desert route between Las Vegas and Los Angeles (120 mins, various brands, good service). Evening arrival in Los Angeles. - Lake Powell kayaking available 03/20/2026-10/23/2026 (seasonal); when open, stay time adjusted from 90 mins to 60 mins. Minimum 4 people required; ages 4-13 require parental accompaniment; children under 4 not eligible. Expected duration 1-1.5 hours based on water flow and guest fitness.
