Home - Airplane - Salt Lake City
Enjoy a wonderful flight to Salt Lake City, the largest city in the Midwest. Upon arrival, the tour guide will pick you up and take you to the hotel to check-in (hotel check-in time is usually after 3:00 pm; if you arrive after 6:00 pm, please take the shuttle bus to the hotel by yourself). Free airport pick-up time: 10:00-18:00.
Salt Lake City - Jackson - National Elk Refuge (Sleigh) / Grand Teton National Park
Departing from your hotel in the morning, travel through Utah and Idaho, arriving in Jackson, Wyoming (home of cowboys) at noon. Visit the famous Elk Antler Park in the city center. In the afternoon, explore the National Elk Refuge by horse-drawn sleigh or carriage (depending on snow depth). If sleigh/carriage service is closed, visit Grand Teton National Park instead. Itinerary: Salt Lake City → Jackson → Jackson Town Square with Elk Antler Arches & Lunch (90 mins) → National Elk Refuge (horse-drawn sleigh/snowmobile ride, 60 mins) or Grand Teton National Park. Note: For December 15, 16, 17, 18, and 24, 2025 departures, Grand Teton National Park cable car will be used instead.
Jackson - Snow King Mountain - Grand Teton National Park - West Yellowstone
Depart from hotel heading to Snow King Resort, a world-famous ski resort where Olympic athletes train. Slide on smooth snow and enjoy cable car to the mountain top overlooking Jackson Valley. At noon, enter Grand Teton National Park, whose main peak is the Paramount film company trademark. Itinerary: Jackson → Ski at Snow King Mountain (Optional, 240 mins) → Grand Teton National Park (Mandatory, 60 mins) → West Yellowstone. Alternative for December 15, 16, 17, 18, and 24, 2025: Jackson → Snow King Resort Snow Sports (optional, 240 mins) → Grand Teton Aerial Tram and Gondola (Mandatory, 60 mins) → West Yellowstone.
Yellowstone National Park (Snow Coach) - Pocatello
Today, take the snow bus to enter Yellowstone National Park, the world's first national park. Yellowstone in winter is unique with natural landscapes creating stronger visual effects due to low temperature. Experience the fusion of ice, snow, and hot springs simultaneously. Itinerary: West Yellowstone → Yellowstone National Park (Mandatory, 6 hours) heading to Old Faithful Geyser, Madison River, Fire Hole River, and Fountain Paint Pots → Pocatello. Old Faithful erupts approximately every 60-110 minutes with water columns exceeding 40 meters high.
Pocatello - Salt Lake City - Home
In the morning, visit the Utah State Capitol, an architectural masterpiece of neoclassical style built of granite (1912-1916). Then visit Temple Square, the Mormon holy place. After the tour, transfer to Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) to end the trip. Itinerary: Pocatello → Salt Lake City → Utah State Capitol (30 mins) → Temple Square (40 mins). Please book domestic flights departing after 16:30 and international flights departing after 17:30.
