In the morning, set off for Lake Balaton, Hungary's largest lake in Central Europe and an excellent holiday resort called the "Hungarian Sea" by Hungarians. After tour, cross into Croatia to the capital Zagreb, a city with tradition of resisting invaders and well-preserved Gothic buildings. Visit local landmarks to experience the city's historical, cultural heritage and religious culture. Itinerary: Budapest → Lake Balaton (1 hour) → Zagreb → Cathedral of Zagreb (outside visit, 15 mins) → Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb (outside visit, 15 mins) → Holy Mary's column (outside visit, 15 mins) → Muzej prekinutih veza (outside visit, 15 mins). Itinerary: Zadar (1 hour, Sea Organ and Monument to the Sun) → Split (1 hour, Diocletian's Palace) → Dubrovnik. Can take cable car up mountain to overlook the pearl of the Adriatic Sea. After tour, drive to Neum or surrounding hotels for check-in and rest.
