Home - Airplane - Cancun
On the day of joining the tour, complimentary airport pick-up service available 24 hours. Guests will be gathered according to flight arrival times and transferred to the hotel together for check-in. Rest of the day is at leisure.
Cancun - Chichén Itzá - Cenote Ik-Kil - Suytun Cenote - Cancun
Visit Chichén Itzá, one of the most important examples of Mayan-Toltec civilization and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore ancient structures including Castillo Pyramid, Ball Court, Warrior Temple, and Oval Observatory. Discover the Quetzalcoatl Pyramid, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Experience the sacred echo phenomenon by clapping near the pyramid. Visit Cenote Ik-Kil, an open-air cenote 26 meters below ground with carved stairway and swimming platform, historically used by Mayans for rain god ceremonies. Visit Suytun Cenote, famous for its turquoise pool, bluestone path, and dramatic light beam through the ceiling opening, creating a cathedral-like atmosphere. Itinerary: 08:15 Depart hotel → 11:00 Arrive Chichén Itzá (90 mins) → 12:45 Depart → 13:20 Head to Cenote Ik-Kil (90 mins) → 15:15 Visit Suytun cenote (30 mins) → 17:15 Return to hotel. Thrilling underground activities including amphibious vehicle tour, underground river rafting, 11 zip-lines, and stalactite cavern swimming. 3. World's largest natural aquarium with snorkeling, lunch with open bar, swimming with colorful fish, stingrays, and turtles. 4. - Peak season surcharges apply during specific periods: Single room surcharge $120/person/night (02/01/2026-04/20/2026), $300/person/night (12/18/2025-01/03/2026 and 12/18/2026-01/03/2027). Other occupancies: $60/person/night and $150/person/night respectively.
- Minimum group sizes: English/Spanish groups require 2 people daily. Chinese groups require 2 people (Mon, Tue, Sun) and 4 people (Wed-Sat).
- X-Parks (Xcaret, Xplor, Xel-Ha) ticket bookings temporarily suspended due to official website maintenance. Resumption date to be announced. During suspension, guests can enjoy full resort facilities.
- Optional theme park tours available at Days 3, 4, 5 with varying schedules: Xcaret daily; Xplor Monday-Saturday (or daily in high season); Xel-Ha daily; Las Coloradas Pink Lake + Cenote: English groups daily (min 2), Chinese groups Wednesday-Thursday (min 2) or Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat/Sun (min 4).
- What to bring: Comfortable clothes and shoes, biodegradable insect repellent and sunscreen, swimming suit, towel, sunglasses, hat, extra cash, waterproof camera.
- Xcaret Park inclusions: Round-trip transport, Area Plus facilities, snorkeling equipment, buffet lunch with 1 beer and unlimited beverages, shows, underground river activities, beach/bay access, life jackets, loungers/hammocks, safety bag service, restrooms, and "Xcaret México Espectacular" show.
