Cancun Arrival and Hotel Check-in
Upon arrival to Cancun, experience the all-inclusive resort concept. The company provides 24-hour airport pick-up service on the first day. Professional and welcoming staff will pick you up from the airport and provide transportation to the hotel for check-in. Settle into the luxury Xcaret Hotel with its innovative ALL-FUN inclusive concept offering one-stop all-inclusive service for eating, drinking, living, and playing. The hotel features twelve restaurants serving Mexican, Brazilian, and Asian cuisines and BBQ (ten complimentary, two at own expense), ten bars with various offerings from pool bars to rooftop bars, unlimited access to eight parks with round-trip transportation, outdoor pool overlooking the sea, private beach, paddle boarding and kayaking on the river, and ferry service to Isla Mujeres.
In-Hotel or Eight Theme Parks
After enjoying a hearty breakfast, choose to continue enjoying various activities throughout the hotel, take the hotel shuttle to one of the eight theme parks, or visit Isla Mujeres. Eight theme parks available: Xcaret Park, Xplor Park, Xplor Fuego Park, Xel-Há Park, Xenses Park, Xavage Park, Xoximilco Park, and Xenotes Tour. No reservations needed for Xcaret, Xplor, and Xenses; shuttle bus runs every 20-30 minutes between parks and hotel. All other parks require advance reservations. Hotel provides transportation to marina and ferry service to Isla Mujeres for experiencing Caribbean views and Mayan culture. Xcaret Park highlights: Over 40 attractions, underground rivers, caves, jungle trails, exotic animals, butterfly house, coral reef aquarium, Mayan ruins, Mexican Folklore Museum, Hacienda Henequenera estate, pre-Hispanic dances, equestrian performances, and "Xcaret México Espectacular" musical show. Xplor Park highlights: Underground world with amphibious vehicles, raft paddling through grottoes, zip-line circuit over 2 miles, swimming through caverns with stalactites and stalagmites.
