Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Pick-up
Arrive at LAX and meet tour guide. Free airport pickup available between 10:00 am and 22:00 pm every 2 hours (10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, 22:00). Tour guide wears yellow uniform and holds yellow flag or iPad with local provider icon. For domestic/Canada flights: Baggage Claim → Meet guide → Shuttle bus. For international flights: Immigration → Baggage Claim → Customs → Passenger Exit (near 7-Eleven) → Meet guide → Shuttle bus. Only one pick-up service per room within free time range. Paid 24-hour pickup available at $120 one-way (up to 5 pax).
Los Angeles - 17-Mile Drive - San Francisco
Depart Los Angeles in morning, journey through Central California Plains (home to over half of nation's fruits, vegetables, nuts). Arrive at Monterey Peninsula in afternoon. Travel along California Highway 1 enjoying breathtaking views of 17-Mile Drive. The west and south sides border Pacific Ocean, east side winds through Del Monte fir forest. View luxury villas and golf courses including Cypress Point Club, Monterey Peninsula Country Club, and Pebble Beach Golf Links (where Tiger Woods practiced). Arrive in San Francisco in evening. Morning: Los Angeles to 17-Mile Drive (330 miles, 6 hours). Afternoon: 17-Mile Drive to San Francisco (130 km, 2 hours 15 minutes).
San Francisco City Tour
San Francisco city surrounded on three sides by sea with over 50 hills. Morning drive from hotel to San Francisco (50 miles, 1 hour). Visit Golden Gate Bridge (45 mins) - one of world's largest single-span suspension bridges, 2.7 kilometers spanning San Francisco Bay, featured in films like Rise of the Planet of the Apes and X-Men. Visit Palace of Fine Arts (30 mins) - built 1915 for Panama Pacific International Exposition, redesigned by German architect Maybeck in 1962. Visit Lombard Street (45 mins) - world's most crooked street with eight sharp turns, featured in films like Venom, surrounded by Russian Hill mansions. Visit Fisherman's Wharf (2.5 hours) from Ghirardelli Square to Pier 35, featuring Pier 39 with shops, restaurants, street performances, views of Alcatraz, Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge. Optional: San Francisco Bay Cruise - passes under both Golden Gate and Oakland Bay Bridges, views of Alcatraz (90 mins or 60 mins options). Optional: San Francisco In-depth Tour including Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption (30 mins), Civic Center Plaza/Joseph L. Alioto Plaza (25 mins) - heart of downtown with City Hall (1915 French Renaissance design) and Louise M. Davies Symphony Hall, Twin Peaks (25 mins) - 270 meters above sea level, only natural hills preserved in SF, 8-shaped road, 360-degree panoramic views, Treasure Island (pass by). Afternoon drive from San Francisco to hotel (150 miles, 2 hours 40 minutes).
Yosemite National Park - Los Angeles
Travel to Yosemite National Park, UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1984, located in Sierra Nevada Mountains of eastern California, one of most beautiful and visited national parks in western US. Majestic granite, magnificent waterfalls, tranquil valleys. Towering trees, flowing mountain water, huge glacier-carved cliffs, sparkling lakes. See El Capitan (world's largest granite column), Yosemite Falls (highest drop in North America), Yosemite Valley, Half Dome, Bridal Veil Falls. Walk in primeval forest. Return to Los Angeles. Morning: Hotel to Yosemite National Park (85 miles, 2 hours 20 minutes). Afternoon: Yosemite National Park to Los Angeles (300 miles, 6 hours). Special note: In winter, severe weather (snow, ice, road icing, closures) may result in itinerary change to Denmark City via Santa Barbara instead of Yosemite for safety.
