Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Pick-up
Arrive at LAX and meet tour guide wearing yellow uniform holding yellow flag or iPad. Free airport pickup available 10:00 AM-10:00 PM every 2 hours (10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, 22:00). Paid 24-hour pickup available at $120 one-way (up to 5 passengers). Domestic flights arrive at Baggage Claim; international flights go through immigration, customs, then meet guide at Passenger Exit. Only one pickup per room. Proceed to hotel at your own expense if flight is delayed.
Los Angeles - Las Vegas
Drive from Los Angeles through scenic Mojave Desert to Las Vegas (270 miles, 4.5 hours). Upon arrival in Las Vegas, the 'Pearl in the Desert', explore the city's attractions. Optional Las Vegas Night Tour available to view neon lights and Strip architecture. The five-kilometer Las Vegas Strip consumes enough electricity in one night to power a city of 500,000 people for a year.
Grand Canyon National Park South Rim - East Rim - Horseshoe Bend - Page
Welcome to Arizona, the Grand Canyon state. Drive from hotel to Grand Canyon National Park (280 miles, 4 hours). Optional helicopter tour across Grand Canyon (30 minutes). Mandatory visit to Grand Canyon National Park South Rim (40 minutes) - a UNESCO World Heritage Site covering 1,217,262 acres, the second most visited US national park. Explore Grand Canyon National Park East Rim (45 minutes). Drive to magnificent Horseshoe Bend (110 miles, 2 hours) - one of top ten best photography spots selected by National Geographic. The Colorado River turns 360 degrees creating a horseshoe-shaped canyon with fluorescent green water. Continue to Page, Arizona (6 miles, 15 minutes).
Page - Antelope Canyon - Lake Powell - Las Vegas
Drive from hotel to Lower Antelope Canyon (6 miles, 15 minutes). Optional visit to Lower Antelope Canyon (120 minutes) - one of top ten photography sites worldwide, formed by soft sandstone erosion. The canyon features natural lighting from cracks at the top, creating dreamy color changes. Note: Lower Antelope Canyon closed for maintenance 01/12/2026-01/18/2026; Antelope Canyon X available as alternative. Drive to Lake Powell (10 miles, 30 minutes). Mandatory visit to Lake Powell (90 minutes) - joint development area of Indians and national parks. Optional kayaking available 03/20/2026-10/23/2026 at own expense; otherwise 60 minutes stay. Drive to Las Vegas (275 miles, 5 hours). Optional Las Vegas Night Tour available.
Las Vegas - Los Angeles
Morning: Visit Welcome to Las Vegas Sign and M&M's Las Vegas (28,000 sq ft, four-level store with personal M&M printer). Visit Coca-Cola theme store (one of two worldwide with four-story-high bottle entrance). Optional FlyOver Las Vegas (25 minutes) - immersive 4D flight simulation over landscapes including volcanoes, glaciers, prairies, peaks. Visit Seven Magic Mountains (30 minutes) - seven colossal colorful stone formations 30-35 feet high in the desert south of Las Vegas. Afternoon: Outlets at Barstow (120 minutes) shopping on route from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. Evening: Arrive in Los Angeles (110 miles, 1 hour 40 minutes).

- Lake Powell kayaking available 03/20/2026-10/23/2026 only; other times kayaking closed and stay reduced to 60 minutes.
- Antelope Canyon X requires safety seats for children 0-8; children without proper safety seats not admitted.
- FlyOver Las Vegas: Child height limit minimum 40 inches (1.016 meters); must be accompanied by adult/guardian 14+ years old.
- Lake Powell Kayaking: Children 4-13 can participate with parent accompaniment; children under 4 not eligible; minimum 4 people required; duration 1-1.5 hours based on conditions.
- Grand Canyon South Rim Helicopter: Maximum weight 300 pounds per person; exceeding safe range may incur extra fees or result in refused participation.
- Las Vegas Sands Shooting: For ages 7+; ages 7-18 require guardian supervision; cannot be pre-booked, sign up directly with tour guide.
- Show tickets subject to change; prices payable at venue based on prevailing box office pricing.
