Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Pick-up
Free airport pick-up provided between 10:00 AM and 22:00 PM at two-hour intervals (10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, 22:00). Domestic flights arrive at Baggage Claim area; international flights proceed through immigration, Baggage Claim, customs to Passenger Exit. Tour guide in yellow uniform holding yellow flag or iPad will assist with shuttle bus service. Paid 24-hour pick-up available at $120 one-way (up to 5 people). Only one free pick-up per room.
Los Angeles - Las Vegas
Depart Los Angeles and drive through scenic Mojave Desert to Las Vegas. Travel distance: 270 miles, travel time: 4.5 hours. Optional Las Vegas Night Tour in evening to experience the neon lights, Strip architecture, and entertainment of the city.
Las Vegas - Zion National Park - Bryce Canyon National Park - Page
Las Vegas to Zion National Park (2.5 hours, 155 miles): Mandatory 45-minute visit to explore Zion's rock formations, wilderness trails, and canyons formed by millions of years of erosion. Afternoon travel to Bryce Canyon National Park (1 hour 50 minutes, 85 miles): Mandatory 60-minute visit to the unique natural amphitheater with distinctive red, orange, and white rock pillars formed by erosion, known as the "Palace of Natural Stone Figurines." Pass by Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell. Evening drive to Page (2 hours 40 minutes, 151 miles).
Page - Antelope Canyon / Horseshoe Bend - Grand Canyon National Park - Las Vegas
Morning drive from Page to Antelope Canyon / Horseshoe Bend (20 minutes, 10 miles). Lower Antelope Canyon: Optional 2-hour visit to explore soft sandstone formations created by erosion with natural light streaming through canyon cracks creating dreamy color changes. Note: Lower Antelope Canyon closed for maintenance 01/12/2026-01/18/2026, replaced by Antelope Canyon X. Children aged 0-8 must have guardian-provided safety seat or cannot enter. Horseshoe Bend: Mandatory 1-hour visit to one of top ten US photography spots; see 360-degree Colorado River turn through reddish-brown canyon with fluorescent green water and blue sky. Drive to Grand Canyon National Park (2 hours, 110 miles): Mandatory 2.5-hour visit to explore East Rim and South Rim of UNESCO World Heritage Site; see Colorado River gorge and vast landscape. Return to Las Vegas (4.5 hours, 275 miles).
Las Vegas - Los Angeles
Morning: Visit Las Vegas Welcome Sign for check-in, then M&M's Las Vegas (mandatory 60 minutes) - 28,000 sq ft four-level store with personal M&M printer and chocolate selection. Coca-Cola Store Las Vegas (mandatory, included in M&M time) - one of two worldwide, four-story classic Coca-Cola bottle entrance, various merchandise and Coca-Cola products from different countries and eras, photo opportunity with Coca-Cola polar bear. Optional FlyOver Las Vegas (25 minutes) - immersive flight experience over landscapes using advanced technology. Optional Seven Magic Mountains (30 minutes, 30 miles from Las Vegas, 30-minute drive) - seven colorful stacked stone formations 30-35 feet high in desert south of Las Vegas. Afternoon: Outlets at Barstow (2 hours, 135 miles, 2-hour drive) - shopping at desert outlet mall with second-tier and local US brands. Evening drive to Los Angeles (1 hour 40 minutes, 110 miles).
