Las Vegas Airport pick-up

Arrive at Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). Tour escort will arrange transfer to hotel. Free airport pick-up time is 10:00-18:00 (one pick-up per room). Paid pick-up available: 18:01-21:59 ($70 one-way, up to 4 passengers); 22:00-24:00 ($100 one-way, up to 4 passengers). Self-transfer required for other times.

Las Vegas - West Rim (optional) - St. George

Travel to West Rim (3.5 hours). Optional activities: Skywalk glass bridge walk or helicopter ride through Grand Canyon. West Rim is the western end of the Colorado Canyon, protected area of Hualapai Indian Tribe. Skywalk is a 10-foot wide, horseshoe-shaped glass bridge extending 70 feet over the canyon rim with 4,000-foot views below. If West Rim not chosen, free time at hotel. Drive to St. George overnight.

Morning: Travel to Lower Antelope Canyon (90 mins optional) with local Navajo Indian guide. Explore slot canyon on Navajo land east of Page, Arizona. Walk through sandstone walls discovering magical world. Afternoon: Visit Horseshoe Bend (60 mins), one of the world's top ten photographic sites. The Colorado River turns 360 degrees in a reddish-brown canyon. Drive to Salt Lake City overnight.

Leave Salt Lake City for Jackson, Wyoming - famous cowboy town and world-renowned vacation destination. Visit Elk Antler Arches Park (60 mins) in Jackson center. Morning: Explore Devil's Tower (90 mins) - laccolithic butte composed of igneous rock rising 1,267 feet. Hexagonal columns are unique and tallest in the world. Begin journey to Independent Rock State Historic Site (60 mins) - key landmark for American frontier pioneers with hundreds of carved names. Drive to Salt Lake City. Afternoon: Visit Utah State Capitol on Capitol Hill (30 mins) - Neoclassical revival Corinthian style building housing Utah State Legislature chambers and offices, built 1912-1916, added to National Register of Historic Places 1978. Walk through State Capitol building viewing architecture and sculptures.   • If scenic spots temporarily closed or on particular holidays, guide will adjust or replace with another scenic spot. COVID-19 pandemic restrictions on operating hours and capacity are force majeure.
  • Children under 8 require booster seat (rental $10/person/day, refundable if not used on bus days). Request at booking.
  • Normal health conditions required. Contact for policies on disabled passengers - advance notification required. Wheelchair lift-equipped bus not guaranteed without prior approval.
  • Additional transportation surcharge: $5 per person per day (effective April 1, 2022 due to fuel costs).
  • Maximum wait time for late passengers is 10 minutes beyond announced meeting time. Tour operator not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war, terrorism, or mechanical problems.
  • Tour operator reserves right to transfer passengers between vehicles en route.
  • Valid photo ID required to board bus. Bring copy of email confirmation.
  • Group activity - if leaving group, inform guide in advance and obtain consent. Sign departure agreement form. Unfinished portion deemed abandoned with no refund.
  • Gift items in itinerary may change due to force majeure (traffic, weather) or personal reasons. No refund.
  • Smoking prohibited on bus (federal law) and in most hotel rooms. Hotel penalty for smoking in non-smoking rooms: minimum $250/night.
  • Pets and animals not allowed on vehicle.
  • Only one free pick-up per room at airport. If impossible due to weather/flight delay, passenger pays for own transportation.
  • West Rim activities (Skywalk, helicopter) are optional and must be chosen/paid at booking time.
  • Lower Antelope Canyon visit is optional (90 mins).
